With the full support of the JBWS Board of Directors, JBWS is undertaking its first philanthropic campaign in 15 years. As the lead administrative organization for the Morris Family Justice Center, JBWS provides operational and grants management.

Over the past five months, under the leadership of Campaign Co-Chairs Patti Lee, Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Officer of Diversity, Wyndham, and Jim Gerace, Chief Communications Officer of Verizon, the $1 million campaign has realized $742,000 from individuals and private foundations.

“This campaign is about responding to our community and their needs, giving those who are fleeing from domestic violence a promise of security, and offering survivors one place where they can tell their stories to one person, at one time, and know that they will be heard,” explains Patti Lee.

Over the next five years, an investment of $1 million is required to sustain the Center and provide operational support, including counseling and client services reflective of the needs of our community.

Help us realize our $1 million goal and sustain the Morris Family Justice Center and the hope and safety it offers to families.

“For 40 years, JBWS has been the recipient of tremendous generosity. And, our work continues,” remarks Jim Gerace. “Giving to the Morris Family Justice Center Campaign is an opportunity to invest in the future of domestic violence services and more importantly, invest in every life affected by relationship violence.”
